Hello,
My name is Brandon Abboud I am 15 years old and from Hurricane WV, where I am a sophomore at Belfry High School. I have been racing motocross
for 12 years; it is my long term goal to be a professional Motocross Racer. I currently race 125 B and Schoolboy. I own several
bikes including, 2006 KX 250F, 2007 KX 250F, 2008 KX 250F, 2005 KX 125, and a 2007 KLX 110.
Motocross has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember. I spend every waking moment working
on my bikes or racing. I practice at least 3 times a week. My parents and grandparents play a large part of my life and motocross.
My father runs a powersports dealership and my mother is a web designer for powersports. My grandparents and my parents are
at every race cheering me on no matter where I am. I owe a great deal to my family for putting me and my dreams ahead of everything.
We have spent every weekend for as long as I can remember chancing down races. I have meet some wonderful people at the race
track over the years and made some life time friends. Motocross is not something we do it is a way of life.
I have done a lot of local racing over the years always finishing in the top 3. My parents moved the
family to North Carolina for a year so I could compete at
a different level than what there is to offer in WV. One of my favorite tracks in the world was Parker Valley and Top Gun. We have now moved
back home and travel more. I am currently competing in the Buckeye Series out of District 11 in Ohio. I currently am in first place in the Schoolboy class and ninth place in the 125 B
class. Hoping to move up in the standings, there are several more races left.
My sponsors have been great to me over the years; one particular sponsor is Mr. Holeshot’s located
in Poca, WV. The owner Ken
Karnes has been awesome to me and my family, opening late when I need him to, getting me what I need quickly and giving me
great deals. No matter where I take my career in motocross, Mr. Holeshot’s will always be apart of my motocross career.
I believe there should be a loyalty between you and your sponsors.
I want to thank you for taking the time to look at my resume and I look
forward to being apart of your company in the upcoming racing season.
